SURGG student wins 2nd place at CLA Research Showcase

Anisa Jamal, one of the student participants in our 2025 summer undergraduate research program (SURGG) won second place in the University of Mississippi College of Liberal Arts Research Showcase.  Anisa's poster titled "Optimizing Particle Tracking Parameters for Reliable Shear Wave Speed Analysis in Viscoelastic Micellar Fluids" is about her research on improving shear wave tracking in viscoelastic fluid with microparticles as markers using high speed video.  Read more about the SURGG program here: https://sites.olemiss.edu/ultrasonics/news/summer-undergraduate-researc…
