Lillee Crider

Lillee Crider is a biochemistry major from Purvis, Mississippi, with a growing interest in Gulf Coast conservation. Through the Gulf Scholars Program, she hopes to explore how agricultural trends in northern Mississippi may relate to eutrophication and the health of Gulf coastal ecosystems. Lillee is especially excited to learn about current conservation and restoration strategies and to deepen her understanding of the ecological and social factors shaping the Gulf’s future.
