Kennedy Joe

Kennedy is a biomedical engineering major from Madison, Mississippi, with an interest in improving support for Gulf Coast communities during natural disasters. Through the Gulf Scholars Program, Kennedy hopes to learn more about the history of the Mississippi Gulf Coast and gain new perspectives on the challenges facing the region. While still exploring ideas for a Gulf Impact Project, Kennedy is considering how that work might connect with senior design requirements and broader engineering interests.
