Cecille Labuda awarded NSF MRI grant as co-pi

The state's first nanolithography facility will be hosted on the UM Campus in the Department of Physics and Astronomy's Lewis Hall clean room. The NanoFrazor Explore device was funded by a National Science Foundation Major Research Instrumentation Grant with Asst. Professor of Chemistry and Biochemistry Vignesh Sundaresan as principal investigator (PI) along with co-PIs Assoc. Prof. of Physics and Astronomy Cecille Labuda, Assoc.
