Driven by a passion for exploring the mysteries of our oceans and marine wildlife, Dr. Thomas Guilment specializes in signal and image processing, underwater acoustics (both passive and active), and artificial intelligence. He develops advanced analytical tools and methodologies for interpreting underwater data, whether mapping the seafloor or analyzing the sounds of whales and dolphins. Thomas is committed to open science, believing that sharing knowledge and tools empowers both scientists and society.
