Izzy Goss

Izzy is an undergraduate research assistant who aspires to attend medical school. She is passionate about global health and hopes to dedicate her future medical career to serving patients across continental Africa and beyond through compassionate, culturally informed, and community-centered medical care. Her interests include health equity, cross-cultural medicine, and improving access to quality healthcare for diverse patient populations. She is also interested in the relationship between affirmation, identity, and mental well-being, particularly how supportive environments and community-based care can positively influence cognitive and health outcomes.
