Former undergraduate research assistant (Fatimah Wansley, B.A.), graduating senior, and student from Dr. Oliphant’s Fall 2025 Black Psychology course recently presented a poster at the University of Wisconsin–Madison Women’s and Gender Studies Consortium Conference, where she did a phenomenal job presenting scholarship on Black Feminist approaches to Psychology.
A dynamic African American Studies major, her research interests center Black love as a pathway toward advocacy, healing, and community building. She was recently admitted to Temple University’s Africology and African American Studies master’s program and aspires to become a professor of African American Studies. The CCCR Lab is incredibly proud of her accomplishments and excited to witness her continued journey. Are you next?
