Dr. Sasan Nouranian

Dr. Nouranian received his M.S. in Polymer Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology (Iran) in 2007 and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Mississippi State University (United States) in 2011. He is currently Associate Professor of Chemical Engineering at the University of Mississippi (UM) and Principal Investigator at UM’s Center for Graphene Research and Innovation (CGRI). His research interests include experimental and computational design of advanced multifunctional nanocomposites based on graphene and other low-dimensional materials for impact, thermal management, aerospace, automotive, membranes, extreme environments, drug delivery, and energy-efficient electronics applications.
