Gulf Scholars 2026/27 Cohort Introductions: Eva LaCombe

October 14, 2026

We at the Gulf Scholars program hope you have had a good week! As we move forward, our special guest speakers from community organisers to cartoonists have revealed how many ways we can help our coastal regions. In the spirit of solidarity, our scholars have worked together to bring their unique perspectives to the discussion.
