Omar Mahmoud is pursuing a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Mississippi, building on prior training in Pharmacometrics (MS, University of Maryland-Baltimore) and Bioengineering (BS, University of Illinois-Chicago). His research focuses on model-informed 3D-printed drug delivery and AI-assisted pharmacokinetic modeling to enable personalized therapeutics. He also brings over three years of industry experience in clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics, where he supported early-phase clinical development using quantitative modeling and simulation approaches.
