Soumil Datta

Soumil Datta was a graduate researcher in the SPARC Lab while pursuing his M.S. in Computer Science at the University of Mississippi. His research focused on adversarial machine learning, with an emphasis on developing generalizable attacks against state-of-the-art object detection models and exploring evolutionary approaches to image generation. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Science at the University of Utah, where his research focuses on the safety and robustness of Embodied AI systems and shared autonomy.
